+35 HP
STAGE 1 + DIAGNOSTICS + DYNAMIC LOGS
Ford Kuga (2010)
Engine: 2.0 TDCi, Diesel
Gearbox: manual transmission
Stock: 140 HP / 320 Nm
+80 Nm
1.66 s faster
Result proof
Dragy Pro measurement • 0–100 km/h
Measurements were taken on the same road section. Direction and conditions are comparable.
Client goal
The aim was to improve everyday acceleration and give the engine stronger in-gear response.
Work done
We carried out initial diagnostics, analysed dynamic logs and prepared a custom Stage 1 calibration. Engine operating parameters were checked after installation. We used Dragy to compare acceleration.
Result
Estimated output after the tune is approximately 175 HP and approximately 400 Nm. The Dragy 0–100 km/h comparison improved from 14.16 s to 12.50 s — a reduction of 1.66 s.
Case details
A useful upgrade should make a difference when you ask the car to accelerate. For this Kuga, we focused on mid-range pulling power from the 2.0 TDCi, where extra torque is useful for overtaking and building speed again after slowing down. Stage 1 increased torque from the stock 320 Nm to approximately 400 Nm. Dragy also recorded a 1.66-second improvement to 100 km/h. More available torque and quicker acceleration give this project a clear everyday purpose.
