Result proof
Dragy Pro measurement • 0–100 km/h
Measurements were taken on the same road section. Direction and conditions are comparable.
Client goal
The client wanted to improve the car’s dynamics for daily driving without aggressive parameter increases. The goal was better throttle response, stronger mid-range acceleration, and more comfort during overtaking.
Work done
We performed diagnostics before the upgrade, checked engine parameters, and recorded dynamic logs. Then we prepared a custom Stage 1 calibration for the 2.0 TDI engine. After remapping, control diagnostics, repeated logs, and a Dragy measurement were done.
Result
After the upgrade, the Volkswagen Passat B6 produces about 200 HP and around 420 Nm. The car responds much better to the throttle, accelerates stronger in the mid-range, and provides more confidence during overtaking. The results are confirmed by diagnostics, dynamic logs, and Dragy measurement.
Case details
Stage 1 was done focusing on safe and daily usability. Before the upgrade, the engine condition and operating parameters were checked, and after the remap, control diagnostics and dynamic logs were performed. This ensured the modification was data-driven, not done blindly. The result is a more flexible Passat, better throttle response, and a more enjoyable daily drive without overloading the stock components.
