Does mobile chiptuning mean a lower-quality service?

No. We work on a mobile basis, but use professional diagnostic equipment, maintain a stable power supply during programming and check the car before and after the modification. A safe place to work and access to a 230 V socket are required.

How can I find out the final cost of the service?

Tell us the make, model, year, engine and transmission type. After identifying the controller and agreeing the scope of work, we provide the final price before the service begins. If additional work is needed, it is always agreed in advance.

How long does the service take?

Usually: - Stage 1 or TCU: approximately 2–4 hours; - ECU + TCU: approximately 4–6 hours; - Stage 2: individually agreed. The exact time depends on the controller type, reading method and scope of work.

What should I prepare before the specialist arrives?

You need the car, a safe place to work and access to a 230 V socket. We bring all the diagnostic and programming equipment. Please let us know in advance about any modifications to the car and any possible technical problems.

Can I book diagnostics without tuning?

Yes. We can run computer diagnostics, read fault codes and check the car’s operating parameters without carrying out chiptuning. If you later decide on Stage 1, basic diagnostics are part of preparing the car for the modification.

Can the factory software be restored?

Yes. Before the modification, we save the original controller data or use the appropriate factory file for the specific ECU. If the car has previously been modified by another company, the conditions for restoring stock software are agreed individually.

What warranty do I receive?

After the modification, you have 14 days to assess the result under normal driving conditions. If you are not satisfied with the result, we will restore the previous settings free of charge and refund the cost of the software modification. We are also responsible for the correctness of our work and adjust the file if necessary.

Will fuel consumption decrease after Stage 1?

With calm driving, fuel consumption may remain at its previous level or decrease slightly. The result depends on the engine, route, load and driving style. Frequent use of full power may increase fuel consumption.

A problem with DPF, EGR or AdBlue — where should I start?

Start with diagnostics. We check fault codes, parameters and the cause of the problem. Only then can we determine whether a mechanical repair, service procedure or software solution is needed. We modify emissions control systems only where permitted by current legislation.
