Client goal
The owner wanted stronger acceleration and more pulling power for everyday driving.
Work done
We started with diagnostics and dynamic log analysis, then prepared a custom Stage 1 calibration. After installation, we checked engine operating parameters again. Acceleration before and after the tune was compared using Dragy.
Result
Estimated Stage 1 output is approximately 190 HP and approximately 400 Nm. Dragy recorded 0–100 km/h in 8.25 s after the tune, compared with 12.30 s before — a 4.05 s improvement.
Case details
This 116d project was about giving a compact BMW more of the performance that makes you want to drive it. The owner wanted extra power and torque for everyday use, and a custom Stage 1 calibration brought more out of the 2.0d N47 engine. The acceleration comparison tells the story: Dragy recorded a 4.05-second reduction in the run to 100 km/h. That clear change in how quickly the car builds speed is the standout result of this project.
