Work done
We carried out initial diagnostics and logged engine operating parameters on the road, then prepared a Stage 1 ECU calibration. We checked the acceleration change with a before-and-after Dragy comparison.
Result
Estimated Stage 1 output is approximately 175 HP and approximately 395 Nm. Dragy recorded 0–100 km/h in 11.74 s after the tune, compared with 13.64 s before — a 1.90 s improvement.
Case details
An Audi A6 built for covering miles benefits from a useful reserve of pulling power. The owner of this 2.0 TDI wanted better in-gear response and stronger acceleration, which set the direction for Stage 1. Torque increased from the stock 320 Nm to approximately 395 Nm, while the Dragy comparison showed a 1.90-second improvement to 100 km/h. Extra pulling power and quicker acceleration give this upgrade a practical role on both everyday routes and longer journeys.
