Client goal
The owner wanted stronger acceleration for overtaking and asked us to address reported issues with the emissions systems and intake swirl flaps.
Work done
We carried out the work at the customer’s location. After diagnostics and engine parameter checks, we read the original ECU software and installed Stage 1. The work included software deactivation of DPF, EGR and the intake manifold swirl flaps. We compared acceleration before and after using Dragy Pro.
Result
Output after the work is approximately 200 HP and approximately 420 Nm. In the Dragy Pro comparison, 80–120 km/h improved from 8.01 s to 6.86 s — a reduction of 1.15 s.
Case details
Extra torque matters when you need to pick up speed on the road. The owner of this Audi A4 wanted stronger acceleration, and the Dragy comparison showed the change: 80–120 km/h took 1.15 seconds less after the work. We completed Stage 1 and software deactivation of DPF, EGR and the intake swirl flaps during a single visit to the customer. The project focused on useful performance in a speed range that matters for overtaking.
